Greetings from New Zealand! I have been here now for 2 whole days and already the experience has been amazing! We left Memphis Tuesday morning and landed in LA and then we waited for about 11 hrs for our next flight, which was going to be a little bit longer than that. We had a few hiccups in LA and Auckland but we just went with it and no one missed any flights so all was well. Our first day here was spent seeing a few sights keeping us awake so we could adjust to the time difference easier and getting acquainted with what we were going to do during our campaign. It was a very fun experience seeing WETA, Peter Jackson’s special effects workshop, and the top of Mount Victoria over looking the city of Wellington. Then yesterday afternoon we started our doorknocking campaign in Porirua. We had some interesting things happen while door knocking and though there were some negative responses some of our positive responses were really exciting. I am really excited to see what the next couple of weeks bring. God is truly at work here in New Zealand
